Shipping

Delivery time includes 3-5 business days for processing. Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. All items are subject to availability.

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an email confirmation at the address listed in your www.mickeysboots.com profile. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by email if there was an issue with filling your order.

For orders outside the continental United States (includes Hawaii and Alaska), shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method you choose.

Returns and Refunds

All returns must be pre-approved by Mickey's Boots return dept. A return authorization (RA) number can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at (800) 843-7112. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to: Mickey's Boots, 875 Lincoln Way, Auburn, CA. 95603, with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.  Upon receipt and verification of the items all refunds or credits will be made within 7-10 of the accepted return.  Thank you.
